Denise Chadwick

Denise is a wife, mother, registered nurse, research scientist, 30-year combat veteran, Founder & CEO of HC Research Associates & VP of Research at Revitalist, LLC.  With a PhD in Nursing Research and a minor in Sociology, Denise’s clinical background is in ER, ICU, NICU & Transport.  She and her family have moved 19 times and lived in PA, TX, NY, KS, WA, HI, VA, OH, & Germany.  She is married to Brian Chadwick, and they have two grown children Robert who is married to Heather and Maddie who is engaged to Thomas.  Fortunately, all 4 live in Texas, Yay!   Denise’s research studies have been in work and families, best evidence clinical practices, and medical education & training.  Her trauma care research in wartime led her to Iraq where she participated in the first real time data collection under fire. While continuing her research, she was name requested by the Surgeon General of the Army to move to Texas and take on military education reform.  At Fort Sam Houston, TX she began as the Director of the RN and LPN programs and finished out as Dean then Vice Provost of the Army Medical Department Center & School, being only the second female and first nurse to hold those positions.

After retiring with maximum military service, Denise went to Accenture Federal Services (AFS) as a Senior Manager.  During that time, she led the education & training arm of the new DoD & VA wide electronic health record implementation and adoption.  She is co-inventor of the Precision Health insight tool (PHIT).  Then came the second retirement.  During COVID lockdown, Denise at the behest of her retired General mentor, started her company supporting other scientists and students.  In under two years she was acquired by Revitalist, LLC where she works today.

Two things draw Denise to NB Conservatives, her love of Texas….she is fond of adopting the adage, “I wasn’t born in Texas but I got here as fast as I could and am bringing as many people as I can” and her love for God and her country.  She calls NBC her Civics club, highlighting her desire to be involved in being part of the solution.
