LaFawn Thompson

Hi, my name is LaFawn Thompson. I am originally from Santa Barbara (and its suburb, Goleta), CA. I made my way to Texas courtesy of the U.S. Air Force right after high school. I have been a conservative, Constitutional Republican since I was a teenager, and in Texas I have truly found my home! I have lived in New Braunfels since January 1995, and worship and serve at a church here in New Braunfels. I have been a member of New Braunfels Conservatives (formerly New Braunfels Republican Women) since March 2018. The Founding Fathers, our Judeo-Christian heritage, the American Revolutionary War, any information from Historian David Barton, and history and politics in general has always been of great interest to me. I have been known to bring out my ‘soapbox’ from time to time for opportune moments. I love this city, county, state, and nation, and I thank Father God and my Savior Jesus Christ that I have been able to work and serve alongside conservative patriots who advocate for our Constitutional rights and liberties, smaller government, sound legislation, and conservative fiscal policy. I am humbled, honored and privileged to now be elected as President of New Braunfels Conservatives.
