Texas became my home in 1975 after being born in Iowa, graduating from Minnesota State University with a degree in education, and teaching in Illinois, Germany, and Japan for five years.  Prior to retirement, I worked for forty three years as an elementary teacher, middle and high school counselor, and an elementary and middle school assistant principal and principal.   After retirement in addition to spending time with family and friends, I enjoy volunteering with Meals on Wheels, New Braunfels Citizens Police Academy, and New Braunfels Conservatives.  Sandy serves the New Braunfels Conservatives board as Chaplain and is very active with our Hospitality Committee.
