Isabel is a first generation and graduated from Texas Lutheran College. She moved to New Braunfels in 2001. Isabel is currently a Patron member of Friends of the Library, member of the Comal County Fair Association and Chairman of Handworks and Sewing Division, member of the Board of Directors of United Way of Comal County, United Way Allocations Committee and Precinct 305 chair. Isabel retired in 2015 after 25 years with the Texas Attorney General’s Office and Disability Services with Social Security.
Isabel loves to spend time with nephews and niece in Kerrville. She also loves to bake, read, sew, and do needlework. Isabel teaches a youth summer sewing camp in New Braunfels.
